From the M5 Junction 30 Head towards Exmouth along sidmouth Road
At the first roundabout (Clyst St. Mary), turn right, 3rd exit onto the A376 toward Exmouth
At the second roundabout (Clyst St. George) go straight across, again towards Exmouth.
At the third roundabout by the (George & Dragon Pub) go straight ahead again toward Exmoutn, to the next village – Ebford.
At the bottom of the hill at the traffic lights, turn right to “Tremletts Powerboats”.
Turn right in front of the first bungalow. Four Chimneys is the last house on the left after Danny’s Court (also signposted Flower Garden).
